Peter Pardoel
I am a chemical engineer and have a master’s degree in business administration, a master’s degree in finance and I am six sigma master black belt. With over 30 years of experience in international business, I have mainly developed my skills and experience in the logistics and manufacturing industries.
Multinationals such as DuPont de Nemour and DP World, but also family businesses such as Van Aerssen metal in Venray, Cabooter unit cargo in Venlo and Cabooter intermodal in Venlo, are among my clientele. I am seen by others as an expert in Operational Excellence and in Business Development.
Using the Six Sigma DMAIC structure.
I am chairman of SMART Logistic Centre Venlo and, through that organization, a member of the economic development board (EDB) and a member of the project group for strategic cooperation between the Port of Rotterdam and Venlo.
I perform my work in Dutch, English and German.

My experience
Peter Pardoel has been instrumental in developing the strategy of the entire Cabooter Group since 2014. Involved in various projects as a project group member or leader. The tender for Rail Terminal Trade Port North, the acquisition of the rail terminal in Kaldenkirchen with subsequent acquisition of warehouses from DSV, followed by their fusion to create a successful rail terminal in Germany. The development of a steel service center in Venlo including a barge terminal, the growth from 20 trains per week to 80 trains per week now in 4 years. We are not yet finished with finding challenges for Peter.

Peter Pardoel is project manager for the Port of Baku. He is an experiences strategic thinker and has the capability to turn strategy into structure. He leads development projects such as an intermodal rail terminal, a rail terminal for unit cargo and a warehouse compound. Peter Pardoel was hired as project manager for Rep@net an association of body and paint shops, starting in Holland, then Benelux and finally Europe. This program is developed to serve one purpose only: Customer retention. His vision and project leadership resulted in what today is one of the best customer loyalty programs in the world. Peter was project manager for the association ‘zekerheid door vakwerk’ (certainty through craftsmanship) and the bridge builder between the Dutch bodyshops and the insurers as clients of those companies. Under his leadership, this organization grew into one of the most successful of its kind. Peter is an excellent strategist who is well able to translate strategy into practice.
